It is my great honor to welcome you to the OSIR Journal, where we are dedicated to advancing public health knowledge and action. Our mission is to provide a platform for epidemiologists, public health professionals, and researchers to share their work, enabling data-driven responses to public health challenges.
The OSIR journal was founded in 2008 to address a critical need for accessible and widely circulated public health reports. Over the years, the journal has grown and adapted to meet the evolving needs of the public health community. In 2018, the journal expanded the number of articles to four per issue. In 2023, the journal increased the number of articles to between five and eight per issue, with 25 articles per volume.
